Early voting is scheduled to occur Monday, June 7, 2010 through July 16, 2010 during the hours 8:30AM until 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. The cutoff for registering to vote or change your name and address for the upcoming election is June 21, 2010. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED. To participate in early voting, visit the location 800 Church Street, Suite B68 in the rear wing of the Ware County Courthouse.
Qualifying for the Ware County Board of Education, Districts 4, 5 and 6 is scheduled for June 28, 2010 through July 2, 2010. The scheduled time for qualifying is Monday through Thursday, 9:00AM until 5:00PM and Friday beginning 9:00AM until 12:00PM at 800 Church Street, Suite B68, rear wing of the Ware County Courthouse.

Candidate Requirements
All candidates for public office must file the following documents with the Board of Elections and Registration office:

If the candidate intends to accept contributions from anyone during their election campaign, they must file a "Declaration of Intent to Accept Campaign Contributions" before accepting any contributions from anyone.

Each candidate must file a "Campaign Contribution Disclosure Report" at different times during each year they occupy their elected office.

Each candidate must file a "Financial Disclosure Statement" annually between January 1st and July 1st.
